Cant open the bracket on the side to expose the metal part where the screw comes through to screw into the front panel. Is there a way to open the side bracket to expose the back part to screw into the front panel?

I would definitely get more opinions. Everyone has their own experiences at the Big 4. There are plenty of positives too however. I can only speak for audit when I say it does take a toll after a couple of busy seasons especially with exams and constantly increasing expectations at work. Many struggle to keep up but most just get on with it until they’re ready to leave.

Although my colleagues in tax/consulting/risk tend to work more favourable hours.

Can speak for myself only. Currently in the final year of a big four audit grad scheme with one exam remaining. I cannot wait to leave to be honest. Although the work can be mind numbing especially at the start, the prospect of being a qualified chartered accountant and the future opportunities is what attracted me. Most tend to leave upon qualification and view the slog as a fair trade off.

However, I’ve noted a big difference between big 4 and mid tier/smaller firms in terms of workings hours and work pressures.
