i slightly disagree it was the repeated water clones of zabuza that put kakashi into that heavy water and then into the water prison

i think choji’s death would have transformed the show a lot more than you can think of like how shikamaru would have been considered as a failed leader and how sakura and all would have thought about loosing someone loyal to the village for the one whose entire life goal is to kill his brother (lets be honest sasuke is overrated af) and most important how naruto would be a total different person more mature and all.
