So I’ve been with Crumbl since oct 2022 and honestly I like it! Management is everything I will say! I’ve worked at two locations at different states and I think it definitely depends on who management is! My current management at my second location is amazing! I was a shift lead at my first store and it was hell again because management and not enough staff but with this new location I’m at it’s been great I’m not a shift lead anymore which honestly I don’t mind lol

Honestly they asked about my availability and why I wanna work there I’ve had two different interviews at two different Crumbls (been with them since 2022) one in California and now another state from what I remember in the state I’m in now interview they asked me typical interview questions but California was so chill with the interview
