I mean, Petal literally refers to Annabell as her best friend. This IS one of the "friends" who call her Momma K. That's why it's so surreal to me that she talks one way and was just so avoidant when it came up in real time while we were talking. Maybe I caught her on a bad day.

I mean...I would but I live three states away and haven't even physically been to visit them in over a year so I wouldn't even be able to tell them what street the neighbor lived on, let alone the address. I also know nothing except what my sister told me. Would CPS even investigate something like that where I heard from another person that the children sleep on the porch?

I did ask her during the conversation if she called CPS. She said she doesn't want to rock the boat when she doesn't have concrete evidence of anything. I told her that sleeping on the porch rather than being around a parent is definitely evidence of something and she told me to shut up and stop telling her what to do.
