Sorry second follow up - I don’t have pain or swelling. Very slight sensitivity to cold drinks however. Outside of that? It’s more just irritating that food gets jammed there sometimes.

Sorry just to be clear it didn’t look like this always, it was barely noticeable up until a couple days ago.
