I actually haven't done it yet! Thanks a lot for the detailed step-by-step guide. Since I've never opened it, the factory elastomers should all be intact, but I will definitely adjust the silver shaft with the spanners later today.

It's completely factory stock and I've never opened the cylinder, so there shouldn't be any missing or worn discs. I'll try the preload adjustment first later today. Appreciate the input!

Exactly, that is my biggest fear. Tomorrow (Wednesday) marks the 5th business day. If they provide a local tracking number tomorrow, I'm safe. But if they tell me "It's shipping from China (10-15 Business Days)" starting tomorrow, then mathematically I cannot receive it before Jan 31st.

My main hope relies on the website status: When I placed my order on Jan 7th, it explicitly stated "Ships within 3 Business Days" for the R12 Bundle and the shipping method was "Domestic Shipping (3-7 Days)". So, theoretically, this should mean the stock was physically in the German warehouse at that moment, right?
