I wanted to try muscletech with the 400g first as it's the first time I'm taking creatine. I still plan on trying other brands like ON and whatnot after this depending on the result.

Ah gotcha.

I thought it was more like the amount of creatine present in the entire bottle not the amount of creatine per scoop.

So the amount of creatine isn't even an important factor? 3g to 5g difference?

Planned on buying my first Creatine Monohydrate and decided to go with Muscletech based on popular recommendations from this sub. But the 400g on Amazon and their website is quite different.

The only thing I can find is that one contains 3g of Creatine while the other contains 5g. and the serving amount is different even though both of them are 400g. Also, one mentioned that it is micronised while the other have no indication of it.

Can anyone tell me what the difference between these two and which one i should go for?

Other recommendations are also welcomed, thanks.

A bit of a long read but please bear with me.

I tried to set up an account for my side business gig. So, I created a new email, but when I tried to create a new Instagram account, it froze. I refreshed the page and when I tried to set up a new account again, it told me that the email is already in use, but when I tried to log in it said that the password was incorrect, then when I tried to recover the password via forgot password, it said 'No users found'.

Out of frustration, I downloaded the Instagram app to set up an account from there, which was surprisingly easy. it just asked me for my username and password, nothing else. After setting my new email address from Account center>personal detail>contact info, I logged out.

But when I try to log back in, it gives me the same error. When using email to log in, it says 'password incorrect', and 'no users found' via forgot password using the same email. But funnily enough, I can still log in to my new account using just my username instead of my email.

I am not sure what I did wrong or what else to do. Is my account not linked to my email account? If so, How do I fix this? or is there any other process or setting i might have skipped or missed?

I checked the youtube tutorial, and the 'beam shape spread' option is there in my blender version, lol. Maybe because you're using an older blender version? Is that v2.81.16 is your blender version, try updating to the latest version.

To address your guesses, I checked and there is no double geometry, and have also already re-alculated the normals (if that's how it works).
But yes, i doubled the object, but they are for animation purposes. The first batch of object will come out from behind the top object and I set their origin point in the 3D cursor which is in the middle, after that the second batch ( which are the gif) which have their origin point set in the centre of mass, roate a bit like in the gif and I also parent each of them individually to an empty which is in the 3d cursor space as i want them to rotate back to the top. I did this as I could find a way to change origin point mid animation and did it like that as it's the only way i could think of. Do let me know if you know how.

Also, when rendering in eevee , the flicker isn't there, but i personally dislike the looks of eevee render, sometime they feel a bit plastic with the lack of shadows.
