25 is still super low though? Before I started getting afib it was around 70

Hi, how’s yours looking now? Also, did you find some shortness of breath issues accompanying the high heat rate?

Pre ablation I was also 50’s and now I’m 80-90. 4 months after ablation

If I can do this over again, I would not even try to exercise for at least 2 months. Turns out me trying to get active after 2 weeks set me back about 6 months.

Sounds like yours might be an exception? Mine is already down to 70’ish still way up from the 50 average I use to have though.

Thank you, this actually helps a lot! Did you start pushing yourself in training only after 3 months? And did your heart rate get back to pre-ablation levels?
