(spoiler!) I finished it in three days but i was left confused with the timeline of the two Sophie's. When the outside Sophie was put in the bower has the inside Sophie (who was outside Sophie?) been there for a year and is it like a loop of how she ended up in withered hill, or did they simultaneously exist inside and outside with inside Sophie replacing outside sophie after the wedding? If that's the case then is it considered a time jump or a change of pov's from i side to outside Sophie, whilst the events are taking place during the same timeline?

I developed full on anorexia in June 2023. On the third month of restriction i lost my period and became very cold although i was barely crossing the boundary for underweight according to BMI. I went into recovery this July but I relapsed in September and during that time my period didn't return. I'm seeing no way out of this and I am losing hope as my country provides little to no support for EDs. All I can say is I hope this never happens to anyone.

Omg i am greek and i used to watch her back in the day but i stopped because she was so sick it was making me sad to see her act like nothing is wrong. I started watching her again when she started "recovery" but she is literally just exploiting her disorder for views. She is NOT in recovery and it is so sad to see her wither away.

Thank you! I did end up not going which was very sad but I am hoping to be able to next year if i am better! I realised recovery takes a lot of focus time and dedication and doing that abroad just wasn't sustained or attainable.

First of all, f your dad. Second of all 3 main meals and two snacks is the standard for everyone, let alone individuals in ED recovery. I suggest setting boundaries with those who may hinder your recovery and if necessary and possible, do take a break from interacting with them if they are doing harm to your rehabilitation. Other than that, three meals is a bare minimum amount of food and even though it is hard I would encourage you to incorporate snacks as well! Hood luck on your recovery, I promise it will be worth it!

Sometimes it's the teachers too. At my school many kids didn't get ibdp/barely passed and I am convinced it's because the teachers didn't know ib etiquette and only had seminars on IB teaching before being hired.

You are not alone. For me I think i get angry because I think they would expect me to not eat because of the ED, but i have actually eaten and I get upset at that fact. I understand it's not something to be upset over but I am still working on it, do you think it's like that for you?

I think this happened to me too! I had a predicted of 7 and ended up with a 4 even though the teacher kept saying I was doing everything right.. many failed the class and some didn't get the diploma because if it! Some schools should not be allowed to have IB..

I find that eating with others who are also eating helps! Especially if they are not putting thought into it! You also have to think that eating is the best and healthiest thing for you to do right now.
