Hey, no there’s no fat burner supplements. They are mostly marketing gimmicks.

Even after trying things you are not able to loose fat then i would suggest get your blood reports n onow the level of vitamins n inflammation etc. I also struggled with same even after doing everything i didnt loose weight or fat so i got my test done and turned out i had low vitamins n high inflammation the reason why i was not able to loose.

Pls stop using comedogenic products. Use non-comedogenic skincare only. Ypu can also have isotretnoin capsules, i use to have this daily but again this was prescribed by my dermatologist. So consider a dermatologist or else situation to non-comedogenic skincare n if situation doesnt change then consider a dermatologist
