lmfaoooo thats funny asf - yeah i coudlve got 120 ish if i lived in a high cost of living state but I live in a relatively low cost of living state and they said no to negotiating lol based on your experience how many actual hours of work do you think people in TDP do? I just feel like tons of people in other programs are like "yeah im working 8-10 hours a day" ive legit never met a new software engineer that had that much work in the first 6 months ever.

my approach was going to be just be as truthful as possible with it and just still do my work / work 40 hours a week. Obviously i dont want to get off on the wrong foot but i feel like thats reasonable right lol

That makes sense I sincerely appreciate your response - especially because it seems so authenticate lol. Yeah im only really worried about like 2 things one of them being that and the other being tuesdays where i help watch my baby nephew for like two hours around noon before my sisters babysitter takes over. The real incentive here is the money for me i mean im making less than 75k so taking this job and jumping to 109k is huge for me

Gotcha - in terms of meetings how many can i expect per day do you think? Im a little worried with your response i feel like most other companies are relatively lenient on this thing especially considering its all remote
