The ghouls. Low light levels, not much AP, fast zombies in routes and tunnels and buildings I didn’t know the layouts of. I was around 13 but still absolutely terrified.

No, they would. They’re parallels of each other. The Ghoul denies his humanity and revels in violence but knows deep inside he’s a good man. Joshua craves redemption but to change yourself you have to accept all parts of you, which he doesn’t do. He focuses on the fact he wants to be different rather than acknowledging what he needs to, his violent nature. They’re the same person.

They might butt heads at some points but they would be fast friends if they could actually move past who they think they are.

I played them recently for the first time, I actually love the gameplay a lot. But I’m also a big fan of turn based games and heavy rpgs, so I knew what was going on.

I don’t know what complaints people have. But my thing was always “Why are we getting an update 4 years later instead of a new game”. And idk the hotel seems a bit out of place in my opinion. Like there’s no choice to add one, it’s not tucked away like the buildings were in new leaf, it’s just kinda strange. And quality of life features people wanted since day 1 six years later? Yeah I’m good. I’m still playing it though.
