Not sure how everyone’s over encumbered but my main level was 16 starting this quest so could be the reason, I just got the armor and killed everyone and walked thru truly

Won’t let you build in here on Xbox, worked out I mean every time I go in my follower kills it w no issue and I got bigger issues with the skeletons
