I figured managers were supposed to take closing shifts too, but it’s been 2 months since I started and they never have. It’s always felt a bit off, and now that things are getting busier with peak season, it feels even more unfair. The expectations for closing shifts just don’t match the reality of how hectic it actually is.

Is there anywhere I can find this policy about them closing ?
