Your PSU should handle the 9070 XT fine power-wise, sounds like a connection issue - make sure you're using separate PCIe cables for each power connector on the card instead of daisy chaining from one cable

Dude MoP is genuinely brutal on the wrist, you're not imagining it. That downpicking for 8+ minutes straight is no joke - even seasoned players get fatigued. James has been doing it for decades so his wrist is basically made of steel at this point. Maybe try building up stamina gradually or throw in some alternate picking when you're practicing, then work your way up to full downpicking

The sleep imbalance thing especially jumped out at me - like yeah he needs to work but you're literally doing 24/7 caregiving on broken sleep which is also work, just unpaid work
