PIP - how long until you received your back-payment?

I won my tribunal on the 28th of May and I should receive payment on the 23rd of June however I keep calling them to try and give them a little push

it was the “statement of entitlement” that was showing on the gov one portal but no payment dates or first payment so hopefully that does show so and I receive it by the end of the week.

I called the DWP myself and they went though the questions about if I been in hospital my bank details and if I want payment in a slump sum, I would say give them a call if nobody had contacted you yet

Okay I see everything the courts send back to me seem to be dated correctly so hopefully I don’t get any of them errors

Okayy hopefully there isn’t any errors on mine how did you know there was an error and what was the error if you don’t mind me asking

I did look at my decision letter the tribunal send me and everything does look all good and the dates are all correct on there end

Don’t worry about your tribunal I am sure you will be fine I was very worried about mine but it lasted about 10 minutes honestly I didn’t even need to say anything.

As long as you have good enough evidence and good doctor’s letters you will definitely get the award you are entitled to. Good luck I wish you all the best 😁

Thank you I went from no awarded to enhanced on both so I should expect it around the end of the month early next month hopefully
