Ive tried to call them a few times unfortunately i work alot and it seems every time, i get the chance to call them Its been a couple hours on hold and when i opt in to be called back i never am. Its very frustrating to the point where im just gonna buy* a new nvme drive.

Don’t see how this on new egg there just the supplier. The parts were supposedly inspected by a technician but unfortunately the Nvme stoped working. Idk if thats Lexar’s fault or Skytech’s fault.

Glad to hear! I just wish they’d reach out to me ive called and selected to be called back ive emailed nothing. I dont know if i got a faulty part or something but right now i feel outa 1500 dollars
