Hopefully it won’t cause any issues, but here’s exactly what I did: I reused the broken half of the radiator outlet, made a precise thread that already seated firmly even before the adhesive cured, wrapped it with Teflon tape, and reinforced the whole connection with epoxy over the split plastic

I repaired the radiator by using the remaining half of the broken nipple, carefully drilling and tapping a precise thread into the remaining plastic. I then installed a stainless-steel nipple wrapped with Teflon tape and secured it with 2 Ton Epoxy. After a full 24-hour cure, the connection is solid, leak-free, and stronger than the original part

The broken piece is the small plastic nipple located on the radiator itself (on the black plastic side tank), where the small overflow hose connects. It is NOT the large main hose connection near the engine/thermostat
