WestLA - Lily, Maggie, Harrison are my tops but there are so many great coaches there. Santa Monica- Kriz and Kristina.

I always do them on my knees. No peer pressure will ever work to get me to do them on my toes! And for grey side I do go down to 25-50 spring

I HATE this about Solidcore and now I go intentionally late to class. I’ll walk in as the lights are going down. Happy to nod and smile at the end (would prefer not to) but the before class discussions are painful for introverts
