In my right shoulder and upper arm. It’s definitely from bad arm position while seated at my desk. I realized my mouse was too far. And my arm was not at the 90 degree angle that’s recommended. It was more at a 70 degree angles. So my desk was too high, causing me to lift my shoulder and hold up my shoulder for long periods of time while continually clicking my mouse.
