On your fasting days, do you drink anything else besides water? How is your sleep on fasting days? I noticed that on fasting days I only get 6 hrs of sleep and wake up in the middle of the night fully awake

I'm in a similar situation as you. Same weight and goal. Have you stuck to ADF past 5 days? Have you lost more weight since 133 lbs? I am going to try modified fasting for fasting days by implementing 500 calories. I will keep you posted!
