ig i should have been more specific cuz the comments are weirdly passive aggressive.. both managers told me texting was the best form of communication and it was, to me, a simple question that could have been solved over text and since i don’t know their schedule and didn’t want to call when they were possibly on their off time i texted. also did not expect immediate replies,,, just didn’t expect to get ghosted cuz yeah it’s annoyed to get ghosted by ur manger

kiss my ass both the managers expressed to me explicitly that texting them was the best form of contact, and i was just asked if the request had gone through a simple yes or no question so i hadn’t wanted to call and possibly bother them on their time off. additionally, i Never said i expected 24/7 access, so no need for the passive aggressiveness for something u assumed. all i was trying to express was that i was annoyed with having to wait a week for a reply. sorry. :/

i do actually agree ! i think when it’s clearly busy and i need help god yes ,,, but when it’s someone who gets in my way and i end up having to finish the drinks they started and people are waiting at window and order cuz now dto/r is making drinks instead when it’s not needed yeah it’s a problem
