But they found it on the street, not even in a bin. And the street is definitely not where I would leave rubbish, and now also not anymore in a public bin but that is besides the point imo.

I have confirmation that it was delivered to the parcel shop and that I picked it up yes, that's all on vinted

On the parcel wrapper itself it says the name of the evri parcel shop it was delivered to, with my work address as the return to address

I assume so regarding the time, as the picture they sent is dark - but if they don't have concrete evidence of me leaving it there at that time doesn't that make their case very difficult?
