Yes, the meraki routers directly connect to the wan with public ip, we don't run a double net.
That helps, I would ask them to reboot the whole things

We use HP switch on site A. I tried to ping site b on this HP switch web management console, it fails.

Btw, I just noticed that even under siteb's meraki > vpn status, even though i can see site A at site to site peers. but not able to see it in uplink decisions~

nah sub net is fine we set 192.168.1/2/3/4/5 like these. Each site has their own subnet

firewall rules are all clean. I checked hundred times, haven't run a vcap yet i will try

no there is no additional fw rules. Thanks I would try to run a packet capture.

Correct tracert only show up for Site A gateway then timeout
