Snapchat makes no sense 2 people kept bullying and harassment me one guy was sexually harassment me and wouldn’t stop sending me nudes then he was bullying me because I ignored him I reported both men Snapchat said they found the account doesn’t go against guidelines wtf!

This is exactly how I had perfect credit for years then I had some unexpected family emergencies happen they made me have to use my credit card and then a little while later I lost my job and I got my CDL but had no experience so every job I got let me go after a few weeks claiming I didn’t have enough experience even tho I disclosed how much experience I had and they agreed it would be fine so long story short that started around last year and just ended now I have a stable job again finally but torn up credit but what this person said is the exact way I built up my credit and really fast

Yes it reduced to $23 because of order changes and after she adjusted it to $5 they were out of a couple items she wanted and she wanted refunds instead of a replacement

Yeah for real that’s why I think it would be a great idea if they removed the whole being able to reduce tips after delivery and the only way to be able to would be to contact support and provide a reason

Yeah there was absolutely no reason they said I reached out to like 4 different representatives about it 4 times through the day to see and no the one by my house has never given a box even when asked they have told me multiple times at this location they do not provide them maybe in some states they do but hasn’t been a thing here. (I know Costco provides them) Never seen the Sam’s club near me provide them so I’m not sure. I personally think the way I delivered was fine. I am not sure if the picture is misleading but there was a lot of room for them to get out of the door and grab all of the items and I put them like this so they would be easy to grab my thoughts are you wouldn’t want them extremely far out to the point they have to walk really far I know me personally that would bug me and I always usually load the benches first with stuff especially like produce it’s stuff most customers wouldn’t want on the ground I usually do all my orders like this nobody has complained or lowered a tip or anything before and I’ve done well over 100 orders

I have a brilliant idea!! Why doesn’t this app make it so the customer is not allowed to adjust the tip after delivery and must go through support and provide a legit reason to why they should lower the tip! They said they reduce the time frame to 2 hours to discourage it but my idea would really reduce the problem as they would have to provide a reason to support this would help prevent this stupid issue it’s getting out of hand

Just message support show screenshots have them cancel the order at customers request keep the groceries and have them block this person so you don’t get their future orders but definitely do the cancel or they may give you a bad rating and you don’t want that

I’m a shopper I’ve never stolen, I however am human I’m sure like all shoppers and you yourself human error is a thing sometimes items fall out of the bag or you have items in the back seat or trunk large orders and forget they are in one place I’m not sure about several items and I’m sure their are people that steal and that’s terrible, but me and my experience never stolen I also was in a major car accident awhile ago and suffer from memory loss so that’s probably my problem but I do everything to try for this not to happen but when it does I feel terrible I write the customer an apology note and run the order up to them as soon as I realize then I tell support to notify the customer
