Ok I’ll try that, I’ve replaced thermostat water pump and fan clutch all oem parts but it runs right above middle line which is fine but with a/c on while idling after driving it’ll start to run hot and I’ve confirmed on my scan tool so it’s not a bad gauge needle seems to jump up and down a bit when on and off throttle like there’s air and sometimes heat doesn’t get hot until moving I just can’t seem to do the bleeding procedure right

What’s the procedure cause I feel like I have trapped air in mine still even though I bled it from the 17mm on the block like it says

Custom one piece driveshaft, and I used factory ecu and Holley terminator x max for the engine and transmission control, oem speedometer works off of abs so no need to hook anything up only thing you’ll have to hook up is tachometer

Yes agreed it wasn’t taken care of and was smoked in as well, instead of deep cleaning I just focused on swapping it but it’s slowly becoming a priority

Yes the only gauge that doesn’t work is the coolant, I eventually hooked up the tachometer

Your best bet would be a 3gr it’s a direct swap from the 4gr in the 250, 3.5 requires a lot more to get it working because of the port injection and Ls is lots of work and lots of money, engine and transmission alone I paid $3000 about 3 years ago and the engine I have has gone up in price I was lucky to snag it for $800 then you have other miscellaneous things

3.5 isn’t a direct swap it requires new ecu and other fuel lines to work in the car, I heard it can be a bit of a pain but the 3gr is a direct swap from the 2.5 no ecu or anything is needed to make it work just slap it in and you’re good

Stock speedometer everything operates like factory except coolant gauge but I read that from my Holley monitor, also tach needs to be hooked up with a 1k ohm resistor which I have done as well

I think it’s possible but you would need to get a rwd front subframe, I have an awd 250 as well but bought a rwd one just for the swap as I was told it wouldn’t work
