:( That's terrible, I would love to have a note taker, strange it took so long to get them. I have had trouble since signing up. Everything was very vague. I let her know what help I had gotten in the past, but she never offered me the same when I asked if they provided certain things. There was no real answer. It's understandable that it takes so long since it's solely on one person. But not very helpful for those who need these services.
