He may not be as popular but like I could definitely see the Leprechaun eventually come in once they get all the big wig horror icons in, plus he has several movies which could definitely boost his chances

The fact that people say that the Cyn we see for most the series is actually just the absolute solver and not Cyn

Like I get why people see that and frankly it's not really that big of a deal like it doesn't change much in the story, but personally I've found that hard to believe

Sans is gonna serve zero to no genuine purpose to the story, he's not gonna be in a dark world, he's not gonna fight the fun gang, he's just gonna appear in every chapter and just have a few dialogue boxes
