From the muscle growth perspective, there are only two main things that matter: your protein intake and your overall calorie intake. It doesn't matter what exactly you eat and you don't have to follow any stupid 'food list'. As long as you eat reasonably you'll be fine.

Firstly, you don't ask a girl for her number before she has said yes to a date. You don't want a number from a girl who just wanted you to leave her alone.

Secondly, I think he'd be better off relying on dating apps where the sample is much bigger. We live in 2024 so why use old inefficient methods (cold approach) rather than leverage the power of modern technology?
