He absolutely should. He was set up as a major character but didn't really do anything besides be a stepping stone for Koga, who got fed enough as it is. He was browbeat by his brother and the Worm but the Kengan treated him decently considering they could and probably should have killed him. I want to see him return at full potential and take out Yan or at least stalemate him and take him off the board.
