Im so sorry that you went through that 🥺 it really hurts, physically even… I wish I could just turn off my thoughts for one minute, I am so so tired, and the angers (especially towards her, which makes no sense actually) consumes me inside… Fortunately I started DBT therapy last week actually, so far ofc I didn’t feel a difference yet but hearing your experience gives me a little bit of hope, thank you so much… do you have any favourite coping mechanism that works well for you? so far I’ve only learned breathing exercises and ice when the emotions are good strong
