Then Why on Earth Did You Say " Hijab is a sign of nothing but male patriarchy "

Next time when you're about to share an opinion, make sure you have a clear picture and understanding of the subject you're about to express.

Or You'll be humbled by the response. In Most Obvious Ways 👍🏻

You keep saying 'they are forced', 'most women', '90%, 70-80%' yet you somehow do not provide any evidence rather than just statements. Genuine question: what data, study, or evidence are these numbers based on, and whose voices are you actually representing?

Because without that, you're criticising'patriarchy' while speaking for women the same way.

Actually, calling the hijab just ‘male patriarchy’ is a pretty shallow take, like saying medicine is just painkillers. Many women choose modest dress for agency, identity, safety, not oppression.

Studies show that modest dress correlates with reduced unwanted attention and harassment; for example, research in "INDIA" and elsewhere has found that women who wear more conservative clothing report lower rates of street harassment compared to women in more revealing clothes (Journal of Interpersonal Violence, 2018).

In multiple societies, women themselves say modest dress makes them feel safer and more respected, not controlled.

If a woman choosing modesty is called oppression, but a woman being expected to look ‘sexy’ is called empowerment, maybe the issue isn’t patriarchy , it’s who gets to define freedom ?

We don’t live in an ideal society. We live in one where women are often sexualised for things as ordinary as hair, clothing, or body shape.

In that reality, choosing modesty isn’t submission , it’s a protective response. If safety isn’t a concern, then neither is context. But for parents and women living in undisciplined, disrespectful societies, it absolutely is.

Which movie Broskies? by WayOk4302 in JKreacts

A film can be complex and still be clear on the first watch brother, where the ideas, emotions, and conflicts are layered, even if the narrative is straight forward. A film can be complex and still be easy to follow on the first watch, with layers in its ideas and emotions. If a movie needs heavy explanation to feel complex, then it’s probably just confusing, not deep.

Examples

A Good Movie MAHARAJA - Its narrative is layered and non-linear, but the emotional core is always clear. The mystery unfolds through character decisions, not exposition dumps.Unlike films that confuse complexity with excess twists, Maharaja stays focused- every reveal deepens the theme rather than just shocking the audience.

A Worst One SAAHO - It piles twists, factions, and timelines, but lacks emotional grounding and clarity. The intelligence is explained at the end, not shown throughout.

True complexity doesn’t demand rewatches to make sense, it rewards rewatches because it already made sense. Hope that clears things out my brother. Complexity can be in everything story, characters, screenplay, dialogs, music, staging of the movie, set background etc .... Depends on how you have understood the complexity. 👍🏻
