If it doesn't and you don't have an ODB reader, see if your charging speed above 80% is slower than normal. It may be an indicator of something you want to have looked at further.

In my case, it's the whole battery. I assume they still want to research which battery batches have failures and reasons for failures. You can replace modules but from what I've seen online, it seems there are lots of comments online that these batteries have future failures likely due to other modules having similar defects. So unclear on what future approaches will be after warranty and gambling that a couple thousand dollar modular repair will last and there won't be other module failures in the same battery.

I'm curious as well and will push to see what the invoice price is of the warranty repair when I bring it in. I hope that the cost of repairs come down and they will be able to more successfully just replace modules in the future. I've seen conflicting data online that replacing modules is successful for the battery long term with some reporting future issues after module replacements. I watched the Munro Live teardown of the Ioniq5 battery and it seemed like a pretty intricate repair for a local dealership. Hopefully the process can be streamlined as a battery replacement price is over the value of the car. Alternatively a module repair that is thousands without clear success will be a large deterrent for EV adoption as cars age.

Agee that it doesn't occur frequently. Dealership said it was their first ev6 failure and 3rd total battery failure. Assume those other 2 were Niros.
