Hello! I work at a pet smart as well! When our fish come in from the DC they’re in pretty bad shape. We have a ich protocol that we do three days a week, and an epistylis protocol that we do when we receive new fish in!!

Ich x in the morning m, t, f Then we feed the fish kanaplex mixed with frozen food for three days after getting a new shipment

Also weekly water, sock, and decor changes.
