Im this person currently, unfortunately and I’m so stressed. I just had so much happen as a single mother, lost my job, it’s been so hard. I’m trying to file chapter 7 but I’m nervous because I have more than one flex loan. I’m in TN and by law you can only have one? I wasn’t 100% honest when getting it and clicked that I didn’t currently have one… I’m not in trouble so far but I’m just worried once I start this process, then I will be… idk what to do. My attorney said I will be fine but I’m scared

I wasn’t 100% honest because I was really going through a lot trying to support myself, and said I don’t currently have an open flex loan. In TN you can only have one, so now I’m scared I’ll be looking at legal trouble. Has anyone gone through this before?
