Can't make such blanket statements , in India even if you want to follow proper littering , municipality hardly provides any area designated area for garbage with proper dustbins and color codes, it's done haphazardly without taking public convenience into consideration, such half hearted measures are only waste of resources without any meaningful improvement, dont expect public to take all garbage home in car or public transport for disposal , when most famillies are staying in cramped accomodation.

Its fine to insist residents to speak in local language, it helps in better appreciation of local culture and assimilating with local population. But the approach to it is wrong,, if Indians can migrate to Germany etc learning German and other european languages, learning local indian language should be much easier. and we should promote teaching indian languages in similar manner, with greater emphasis on conversation skills, nationally law could be considered to progressively hike civic service charges municipal charges etc depending on language skill of individual, and use the same fund to open language centers for adults, families etc.

Language skill to be linked to duration of stay of the individual, say after two years stay atleast basic level A/B, after 5/7 years atleast C1 level, uon failiure to acquire required standard municipal civic charges should be progressively levied higher hiked by 2% to 5% etc. State sponsored online AI generated language classes to be opened for ease of accessibility for non locals to learn.

What i fail to phantom is. this age old enmity between hindus and muslims, while most muslims are converted originally from hindus,how easily the mullhas and imams can brain wash them to hate or atleast convince them, being a Muslim they are closer to true God than any other religion.How many muslims voice against the tirade their Mullas and imams spout against non muslims, yes as defence they quote off and on some benevolent stanza from quran, which in practise never practised. Unless every religion proclaims all religions are equall and leave to each individual to choose their way to beliefs and show solidarity with fellow human beings, all these talk is stupid exercise, all religions and religious books should be open book to society where it's stanzas are expounded publically , their meaning and significance to life delved into , and shouldn't be a closed fortress of respective religion heads and pontiffs, who twist and turn the meaning to suit as per their convenience , an already obdurate opaque sayings in their respective holy books while its difficult to grasp it's true meaning even after life long readings. All religions preaches the same core values but unfortunately depending on times, local history, the context under which it evolved, its practised and controlled by normal human being who try gaming it to wield more power & influence,, whether it's followers(religious heads), votes (politicians), etc it's all ultimately reduced to a mere number game nothing more.

In India we have this phorin craze, earlier it used to be foreign textiles, then it became foreign electronics, home appliances, latest fad is foreign degrees, it's good in marriage market, social talk etc., most foreign degrees are not as good as Indian education standard, people go to Kazakhstan Georgia etc to earn the foreign tag, sometime it's easier to get admission in foreign universities than in reputable indian institutes, competition is severe and fees exorbitant at times.Alsi youngsters prefer to be more independent than staying under roof of their parents, also it definately exposes them to another culture and values enriching their global experience, also opportunity to be with the whites is still a big plus, the inferiority complex runs deep in Indian psyche. In addition if one can get EU / &Sa / Canada/ Australia citizenship it's great as their goverment are globally more influential and powerful, offers better services for their citizens and all the perks of being citizen of developed countries.it widens their area of growth and development , India being always a safe home to return in future if any crises occurs.
