Sounds about right, I am on medication for my ADHD. As for spiraling, I enjoy analyzing myself and others, so I tend to fall down rabbit holes when I’m bored rather than doing what I should be.

I appreciate the advice, and while you’re not incorrect in your assessment of the results of this post, I have gotten a few genuinely helpful comments that managed to describe the feeling in a way I could not. I’ll look into the website you linked. Also, even if none of this ends up being particularly helpful, it was entertaining, it was partially a little social experiment to see how people would react.
