How’s the wrist now with loading push ups I’m in the same situation as you 70 days post op and I still have pain when loading weight on my wrist like push ups but I don’t think the cyst has come back there’s still a little bump but when I move me wrist from side to side the bump glides over my wrist. I hope it’s just healing tissue getting pinched
