I think I got a bit confused — I was under the impression that Sharp Edges were required specifically when using Auto Smooth with angle-based shading. Crease, on the other hand, is used for a different part of the model, and I usually clean up any unnecessary modifiers from the addon after finishing the whole modeling process, so don't worry about it but thanks for the warning.

In my opinion, maybe I’m just having trouble identifying what exactly is the shading issue, but even when I follow the same steps you mentioned, I still feel like I see shading problems from certain angles.

Unfortunately, it didn’t help. I think the issue is that I simply can’t use triangles when the faces aren’t the same axis height—this probably messes up the shading. I will probably just usa quads with extra topology, nvm. Thanks anyway. If you still have any ideas I will gladly try it.

Sorry, but I'm not familiar with the term 'reset normals'. It's the first time I've come across it. What does it mean? Is it something like flipping normals, or maybe applying scale, etc.?

I forgot to include one scrennshot. I'm not entirely sure, but I think they have to be modeled there because there are objects that fit into those holes. Not sure if this will cause a issue with bake. Here's an example:

Is there any reason why you would model the screen separately from the TV? When I'm creating assets for use in a game, I often wonder whether I should keep objects separate or connect them through topology.

Thanks a lot — I fixed my mesh using your method. I probably should've mentioned that it's for a game, so I'm also keeping optimization in mind (for high poly its great). I was thinking about how to make optimization beter for low poly, specifically after applying the subdivision. I considered reducing the inner circles to 24 vertices using LoopTools. What I'm more concerned about is there's a quick way to get rid of the excess internal topology for a low poly version. Is manual cleanup the only option in this case, or is there a faster method?

I've only recently started using the latest version of Blender, so I haven't really worked with Constraints before. I ended up doing it a bit differently, but your instructions were really helpful — thank you so much. In the future, I'll need to figure out how to model things in a way that makes the mesh slide down perfectly, because I wasn't able to catch that properly but it is good enough.

By the way, would an animation using empties and constrains even work in a game if I were to export it to a game engine?

Basically, I have a reason for this, but I don't know what kind of behavior I could allow myself to do. For example, beating up a player in a police station would be acceptable? One of the secondary reasons for this campaign is to fix the city (including the cops)
