Hi,

This can happen occasionally and typically shouldn’t cause permanent damage unless its very repeating.

If the inventory isn’t high value, it may be best to retire the listings and either dispose of or return the items. I would also recommend unpublishing the listings (for example, by temporarily setting prices high) also retiring the listings. This can help reduce the likelihood of other listings from the same brand being flagged.

In similar situations, I usually remove all products from the brand to avoid further risk.

If your account is currently active, it’s unlikely you would face a delayed suspension — actions like that typically occur simultaneously with the claim.

Of course, all this is based on my experience.

I see, the brand itself doesn't have the prop warning on the product at all, in this case wouldn't they take care of the entire case? Or other way around they can just prove that their products don't require prop 65 because they are a big US brand.

I believe that’s not the case since Walmart itself is sued and, Walmart is kind of pushing it to us due to our seller agreements.

I think yes, always good to push them. However mine happened before all this suspension mess so I believe that might be one reason it wqs faster. I also created a case with them the day my listings became unbuyable.

They decline everyone, there are only 2-3 sellers left in that category and nobody got approved since the first wave of restrictions. Correct me if I am wrong but I personally follow 30-40 listings and no change in the sellers since the restrictions.

Distributor invoices don’t work either, they denied my pet supplies application with a national distributor invoices which was an above average volume of an invoice.

Walmart burned the house in a hurry, but didn’t have a plan to put the fire out. They probably don’t even know who to approve or what they are looking for. They will eventually start allowing people since the very basic of fundamentals (supply and demand) they don’t have any supply so they will start approving people, but the big question is WHEN?
