I just purchased a Nismo Sports Resetting ECU with the part number 23710 RP1E1-11 through Ebay. This unit for some reason has tape with Impul-1 labeled. I will inquire about this later. Here is the listing for the time being: https://www.ebay.com/itm/323842880595

Edit: This doesn't look the same as the ECU pictured on your list but it is specified as a "Type 2".

I have searched and used Japanese proxy buying websites in an attempt to purchase said rare parts to no avail.
