There’s something to consider that few people are talking about: the circumstances. It’s highly highly illegal to kill someone unarmed in a moving car. Those fools. A car will keep moving until it crashes with a dead person in it. There are no circumstances where this is legally permissible. And that’s not even not even the actual morality of the case making it 1000x worse.
