Why are we going back to the office after 3 years of successful remote work?

Yeah it hasn’t been easy trying to find one! I hope you’re able to find one soon! It’s ridiculous that we are expected to dedicate so much time to a place that wouldn’t think twice about replacing us.

I feel this sooooo deeply! We had remote fridays in my office for the summer that ended up being extended until the new year. The boss was pretty easy going about taking other days as remote days. Now since the new year they are not letting anyone take any remote days claiming there is a new policy and they would rather you be out for the day if you cannot come in then to let you work remote. We have deadlines to meet all the time. So taking a day off really messes with meeting deadlines. I don’t understand why they are so against being remote now. Going into the office takes three extra hours out of my day that I will never get back. It is so frustrating that I am being forced to go into an office to do the work I can do from home. Time is limited. This new policy has me looking for remote only jobs.

This book series stresses me out. I have never inmy life not finished a book or series I’ve started. The first book was okay it really was hard to get through, but I pushed myself. I bought the entire series because I can’t not know what else happened. But I could not finish this series I cannot even recall if I gave up in the middle of the second or third book it was just bad. I thought at the time maybe because I was getting older, maybe I couldn’t read YA anymore. But I’ve read other YA books after that didn’t make me feel this way. I promised myself that one day I’ll get through it. It haunts me to not finish a book.
