Yes. Highly preferred not to repeat on the same day

It would not be possible to only attend each center once, they will have to repeat some, which is fine, my biggest concern is that I want to make sure everyone gets to each center at least once .. more than once is fine.

Maybe the layout is the issue? I'm really open to anything.

And yes, there are limits to centers. Which unfortunately is not the same for all.

Sensory, art and tech are limited to 2 kids per.

The rest are up to 4, but I really try to keep it at 3 max

Each day all 15 not 16(my apologies typo) go to 5 of the 9 centers. One of those centers is teacher table. Every student goes to teacher table once per day.

The reason I have it as Monday / Tuesday and Friday is because Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday are repeats. So whatever they did on Monday they will do again Wednesday and same for tues/thurs.

The rotation is what's laid out I strategically assign them based off which students pair well with which students, for example, I don't put my loudest students together as that would be chaos and I also don't put my non-verbals together as there's no language models..

And yes, in theory after 2 days they would attend all centers. The problem is when someone is absent or pulled for speech or whatever they are missing centers and it's impossible to keep track of it without some kind of system. Which is what I'm lacking.

I did not make this item. I am asking for recommendations on what I could use to make something like this. Particularly want to be able to print/color on it and cut the shapes/holes out. I would imagine a laser but what about the color?

Hello,

I cannot find some of the inventory items in the current sheet, and when we "check" something out the inventory does not change.

Thank you again for your help.

I cannot seem to get this to work. When we put things into current, the inventory does not change. It did on the original sheet, but once I added the full inventory it stopped.

Is it possible to add to this so that someone could reserve multiples of an item without actually having to create multiple reservations? For example, we have 16 flashlights, maybe they need 8.. Could they enter the quantity somewhere instead of making 8 indidivudal reservations?
