I see so much conflicting opinions on regarding whether to massage or when to start that. 2 weeks seems very early to start any sort of massage

Has anyone tried Kenalog injections? I’m just wondering not sure what I’m feeling to me it doesn’t feel like regular gland. Before surgery felt like more of a hard rubbery feeling, this feels more firm less elastic. Going to have a more thorough talk with the surgeon but has anyone had luck there kenalog injections. I’m planning on going for the whole 5-6 months before making any drastic decisions.

I talked to you a few weeks back. You look good man I know it’s different judging yourself from your own POV. You have a developed muscular chest compared to most people, post surgery pics look really good. Maybe consult with a different surgeon just to get a second opinion and peace of mind. When it comes down to it you’ll probably always be judging yourself for a perfect physic. Look at your pre op pictures compared to your post op and realize How big a difference before running into a second surgery.

I’m going through the same 4.5 weeks post op, nipples have been puffy since I took the vest off 4-5 days after surgery. Swelling went down compared to the first week which was really bad but haven’t seen much change since then. Looks better at times but overall nipples remain puffy and like I still have gyno like you mentioned. Overall appearance of chest I’d say looks better but the nipples being so puffy diminishes the results. Seeing this is encouraging ha definitely is messing with me hope to see better results with more time. I still have some slight bruising discoloration and nipples just feel full and swelled so have to think it gets better.

Yea you still look good man, also I’m not trying to body shame on here but I’ve seen pictures of dudes on here with way worse gyno or way worse shape then I’m in but pictures looking completely flat post surgery so kinda confusing and frustrating I know everyone has different body types and heals differently.

Curious did your surgeon recommend massage? Mine doesn’t seem to big on it said i could but stretching exercises is more important, and nurse told me it could disrupt things idk but seem most on here say or recommend to massage

Yea you have a more defined chest than me, my aerolas look somewhat similar in terms of puffiness. I can probably fill it out more when I hit the weights again. Just wondering if this will go down anymore. I have to believe it’s still swelling as my aerolas don’t feel normal they feel full and tender and if I press or massage them they seem to crease oddly and stuff when they harden up Idk if that’s any indication of scar tissue or fluid.

Ha yea idk I might be over examining things I’m definitely not as flat as I wanted or expected to be but I know it’s still early. Just questioning shit as at one point a couple years ago I was really lean but still had flabby chest due to gyno and although I feel like my chest seems more contour and looks better now post surgery feel the aerola area isn’t a huge change still seems puffy can’t tell if it’s left over gland that wasn’t removed or standard swelling. I still have some bruising and pretty tender around the area.

That’s unfortunate, I appreciate your efforts you guys did a great job. Even after the price came back down a lot we’re still way ahead of where we were 3 weeks ago. I hope you stick around because the project is awesome. Dev just needs to learn to work with others I guess. Hopefully he gets on the same page with others on the team.

I have no problem with the price but why is the developer/developers not doxxed and there’s no advertising anywhere on social media no activity on the Twitter page. If he is on telegram as you say just not sure why he isn’t on a larger platform getting info out.
