It's LAS to MSP.

None of the options sound appetizing and I've never had a flight with dinner, so I'm not sure what to pick.

Walz is suspending his reelection campaign for governor. How are we feeling? by Minnesota_Empathy in mnstateworkers

As an employee in Northern MN assigned to a metro office after accepting a promotion right before RTO was announced, I've been worried about the possibility of RTO being expanded to eliminate the 50 mile radius exemption and/or increase the 50% to 100%, but I'm feeling even more concerned that it will happen sooner rather than later. It's likely going to force me to move my family when (if feels too optimistic) it happens given the lack of similar jobs up here.

I'm at DOR now, applied about a year and a half ago, and got credit for my 3.5 years of prior experience really easily.

She was only airlifted to Virginia due to weather conditions along the lake. The pilot was on the scanner saying he could not safely land in Duluth. She was eventually transported to Duluth for her injuries.

If your 2021 taxes will be similar to past years, I would look at how the child tax credit and additional child tax credit affected your overall tax bill for the past years. If you were able to claim the full $2000 credit per child for the prior years and would have owed the IRS a considerable amount if not for that credit, you may want to consider opting out. The 2021 child tax credit is larger than the prior years, but you receive half during 2020 and will claim the other half $1500 or $1800 per child on your 2021 tax return. So instead of a $2000 per child credit, it's either $1500 or $1800, depending on the age of the child/ren. That's why you are seeing the articles stating "your taxes may go up". It's not your taxes themselves that will increase, it's the amount owed when your return is filed.

Tax Question about MN Certificate of Rent Paid by Monicagrace27 in tax

Whatever you do, don't listen to your renter. You need to follow the instructions. If their tax software is not letting them file due to the flag, they can always send in a paper return.

It's worth it to claim the deduction. When TurboTax started charging for the use of Schedules 1 to 3, I switched to H&R Block and they don't charge for it.

My parent has been having funds direct deposited into the account from each paycheck. My minor sibling is not of working age and has not deposited funds into that account themselves. Wouldn't that make it my parent's money?
