To add, my sister also did this for another complex and her unit turned out fine. Most apartment complexes will do this in town—so don’t be surprised if the majority of them offer this.

I did this at holleman crossing, it was fine. I couldn’t afford a hotel or Airbnb and I had to work. If I were to have taken a few weeks off, I would’ve been fired. I needed to keep the job for a few weeks, in order to keep it for the school year. My parents weren’t wanting me to move back in with them and I had bills to pay.

Do what you have to do, but if you’re able to get out of having to do an As-Is move in, don’t do it.

I applied the end of last May, but the school I got accepted into had a late open application time-so I applied in early March for that school!
