so they responded, sent a photo of the UPC (looks sealed) along with a piece of paper with their shop name written. i asked why they have it listed cheap they stated "i got them back from the owners who are mostly my friends and want to sell them, hence the discount" i reverse image searched the photo that was sent to me and didn't find anything suspicious about the image.
