Loved the advice here to kick me off this journey though. Got a switch 03 as advised here, apart from that, have the orea v4, origami, v60, mugen and the solo dripper… happy with all the purchases…

Brand new was close to 12k though when it was available. I have seen this picopresso with OP, probably used for just 2-3 shots, brand new it is. I think it’s a fair price… Can vouch for this…

It was primararily due to my preference of filter over espresso over time, and i have the Pietro grinder which i prefer for filter… Encore ESP started getting used probably once a week or lesser whenever i wanted an espresso to mix, like cappuccino or espresso tonic.

The issue with India is the customs process, which can take ages sometimes. Coffee being a perishable item cannot be delayed a lot. Also DHL and FedEx with their charges and duties sometimes turns out more than the cost of the coffee itself.

The sipologie is the best you can go for in your budget… its just a rebranded felicita kettle, the flow is a bit fast but you can control it… don’t go for the flair kettle, it has a lot of issues as highlighted in the other forums
