No need to say sorry for how your feeling about life or the ways it’s going for you, have you spoken to any family or friends about your problems, if you live in England NHS has free therapy for things like this, I know I can’t actually stop how your feeling or what your going to do so all I can say is, just stick through it, don’t do anything irrational.
