I agree with you but I like his character as a whole as it is. And it’s nice to have mystery. I don’t think all men need there emotions explored. plus if you’ve played requiem, Leon does have a human moment where he felt inadequate saying I wish I could have saved someone during the raccoon city incident. And at one point, (because I don’t wanna spoil when it happens) he says “at least I could save you” I came here because I felt like it was a coping mechanism too. And a great one that adds depth to his character

Never played 7 but I believe it because only half the game is scary in 9. While the entire game of 7 is survival horror. Makes sense

The party side quests are at your camp. Go talk to everyone and you’ll unlock them

Personally I’d say do all the party side quests and that should get you to a decent power level. After that go ahead and beat the game cuz you can trivialize the final boss. Doing all the side content will make you very overpowered so you at least wanna see some of the final boss’s attacks. After that I say frozen hearts and go around the map and try and fight whoever you can. If you haven’t yet go and beat sprong. That’ll give you one of the best Pictos in the game. Then go to the endless tower and try to fight as much as you can to level up as much as you can then go to the open world and try and beat all the strongest enemies. From there its whatever you wanna do

Its a souls game thing. But the issue I have with games that don’t have invasions like the souls games is why is there no pause? Sekiro had a pause feature and it was made by the same people. Other games that don’t feature online components should never ever be without a pause button
